Today our expert guides from cultural Rajasthan team will help you unravel old and new Delhi, as we visit both historical sites and modern marvels.
We shall start from Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi, followed tour of all four UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the city, namely the Red Fort- built in red sandstone by the Mughals in 16th century, Jama Masjid - regarded as one of the largest mosque in Asia, the monument houses several sacred memorabilia of prophet like his slippers, footprints embedded in marble etc., Humayun’s tomb- built in memory of Mughal ruler Humayun by his wife and Qutab Minar- regarded as the tallest single minaret in the world. Evening visit to Lotus temple, Akshardham Mandir and Chandni Chowk.
After the eventful tour, return to the hotel for dinner & overnight.
After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Jaipur and meet with the cultural Rajasthan tour representatives who will escort you to the luxury hotel for check-in. Later, explore the town famous as ‘Pink City’ which is also one of the most culturally rich cities in India.
Evening excursion to Amber fort towering above the city located atop a hill with a picturesque lake at its foot. Take a joyful elephant ride to reach to it and witness its elaborate decorative details and stone carvings. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Visit the Jama Masjid of Agra regarded as Asia’s largest mosque followed by dinner and overnight stay at Agra.
Morning visit to the famous Jantar Mantar – the ancient astronomical instrument followed by Hawa Mahal- the palace of winds which was built with ‘jalis’ to enable royal ladies to watch the processions passing by without being seen by outsiders. Post lunch drive to Sariska National Park and upon arrival check-in at a wildlife resort. Enjoy a game drive into the reserve accompanied by an expert naturalist to observe the flora & fauna from close quarters.

As part of our cultural Rajasthan tour plan, we shall be visiting one of the well known national parks of India, Sariska which is home to a large variety of animal and bird life including Chital, Wild Boar, Langur, Nilgar, Elephant and if we are lucky, we may also spot a Tiger. After the comprehensive game drive into the reserve, return to the resort for lunch. Afternoon drive to Mandawa, another one of those tranquil and charming villages of Rajasthan and upon arrival check-in at the hotel.

After a leisurely breakfast sightseeing of Mandawa, founded mainly by the rich merchants who resided here in the 18th century and later moved on to other places, leaving behind their legacy in the form of scenic Havelis displaying fine frescos and detailed carvings.
A guided tour of all famous Havelis including Ladia, Chokhani, Binsidhar and Gulab Rai Haveli followed by visit to the Mandawa castle. Known for its exquisitely beautiful workmanship, the ancient castle has now been transformed into a luxury hotel. A museum displaying armories, rare artifacts and cannons is also situated inside. Evening drive to Bikaner and upon arrival transfer to a heritage hotel for overnight stay.
After a leisurely breakfast, visit to the famous Junagarh Fort constructed between 1571 to1611 AD. Regarded as the finest example of Rajput architecture, Junagarh is a red sandstone façade, richly decorated with several kiosks and arched balconies that exhibit extensive and beautiful carvings. Inside the fort we will find a number of historical monuments and palaces, adding to its ambience. Post lunch, we will be visiting the camel farm to get a brief insight into the methods of camel farming. Take a joyful camel ride at the farm, followed by return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Khimsar en-route visiting the Karni Mata Temple and Nagaur Fort and upon arrival check in at a hotel in Khimsar. Visit the local market exhibiting ethnic handicrafts and other decorative articles followed by visit to other attractions. Stay overnight at the hotel in Khimsar.
As part of our cultural Rajasthan tour, morning drive towards Jodhpur, the “blue city” of Rajasthan and upon arrival a guided tour of the charming town. This second largest city of Rajasthan is fortified by a massive 10 km long wall with seven gates guarding the entrance. Jodhpur served as an important business and commercial center in the bygone age and even now exhibits almost the same old glory. And a tour of Jodhpur is incomplete without visiting the Mehrangarh Fort, one of the finest examples of Rajput architecture in whole of Rajasthan. Other places to visit include the marble cenotaph Jaswant Thada, and the busy and colorful bazaar.
Your overnight stay will be at Jodhpur.
On the last day of your cultural Rajasthan tour, drive to Delhi in the morning and upon arrival transfer to the airport for flight back home.
