Overview

Laxmi Niwas Palace is a dominating fort cum heritage hotel designed by famous architect Swinton Jacob. Constructed with a fine blend of Rajputana and European building style, its architecture is an outstanding work of creativity. Maharaja Ganga Singh ji, the ruler of Bikaner, used to reside here who would often call over his equally prestigious friends for a night stay at the palace. The fort and its overall interiors was thus so designed as to please the royal family and their royal guests, with extensive detail given to each major and minute details.
