Overview

The Ratan Haveli is a more than 100 years old "Baniya" Haveli that has now been renovated and renewed as a Heritage Hotel. This Haveli Hotel attracts all tourists, who when visit the Pink City seek for a comfortable, economical and wholesome stay. Originally the hotel (Haveli) was constructed at the time of founding of the city of Jaipur in 1727. The sensitively restored Haveli is synonymous with perfect rooms laid out in clean lines, good craftsmanship, attractive amenities and materials that comfort one's senses. Ratan Haveli is located in Brahmpuri which has a rich historical significance. Brahampuri is the oldest division of Jaipur City. In 1727 when the ruling dynasty shifted its capital from Amber to Jaipur; they arranged a great religious ritual. The then king, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur, requested Brahmins and scholars from across the country to execute ‘yagyas’ to bless the new capital. Then the colony of Brahampuri was thus gifted to the Brahmins by the king.
