Day 01/ Arrive Delhi

Arrival at New Delhi International Airport and meet with our representatives who, after a traditional Indian welcome, will transfer you to a pre-booked hotel. Later in the day, a formal tour briefing followed by drive to India Gate- the war memorial proudly standing at the heart of the city. At its base, a flame burns eternally as a tribute to the brave soldiers. Later, visit to Akshardham-World’s largest Hindu temple where we will witness the attractive Sound & light show. Later, drive back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 02/ DELHI-JODHPUR

Full-day sightseeing tour of the city divided in two parts- the first half for exploring the charm of Old Delhi and the second half visiting rest of the modern and historical monuments.

Start from the 16th century monument Red Fort which was built by Shahjahan when this part of the city used to be his ‘Shahjahanabad’ or Mughal capital. Witness the ancient articles and rare articles on display at the museum inside the fort and shop for popular handicrafts from the small bazaars located inside. Follow it up with a visit to Jama Masjid, which took over 5000 men and 13 years to complete and which now serves as the sacred pilgrimage shrine for both Hindus & Muslims.

Lunch will be at the famous ‘Paranteh-wali-gali at Chandni chowk serving the best of spicy foods to wrap up the Old Delhi tour. The second half of your tour includes visits to Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Rajghat and Lotus temple. Transfer to Delhi railway station to board overnight train to Jodhpur

Day 03 / JODHPUR

Morning arrival at Jodhpur and meet with our representatives who will transfer you to Jhalamand Heritage Hotel. Post lunch, a casual briefing about the methods of handling a Marwari horse followed by a short ride to help you know your horse better.

Later, explore the colorful town of Jodhpur where Bishnoi community women sport bright cloths with heavy bangles covering their whole arms and men generally in pure white clothes.

Overnight at Jhalamand Fort.

Day 04 / JODHPUR-LUNI

Morning ride to Luni and upon arrival transfer to Fort Chanwa, called the jewel in the jungle of Luni. Built during the reign of Maharaja Jaswant sign II and converted into a luxurious hotel by Maharaja Dalip Singh ji. Offering the best of hospitality and ambience, its artistic value is at par with other famous forts of Rajasthan. Explore the fort and enjoy an intercontinental dinner at the in-house restaurant followed by dinner & overnight stay.

Day 05 / LUNI-ROHET

After a leisurely breakfast, ride to Rohet and upon arrival transfer to a luxurious campsite. Later, ride into the village famous for the safaris and visit the communities whose people will receive you into their home with warmth and affection. Interact with the villagers to understand their world and enjoy some home-prepared local delicacies.

Overnight stay in tented accommodation.

Day 06 / ROHET-KHETAWAS

Morning ride to Khetawas on the halting for lunch and passing through the small Brahmins and Bishnoi villages where we may spot the Black Buck and Chinkara who roam here freely protected by the fierce villagers community.

Arrival at a luxury camp followed by a bar-be-que dinner opposite the campfire. Talk the evening away under the open sky enjoying the laidback atmosphere.

Day 07 / KHETAWAS-DHAMLI

Early morning ride to Dhamli –one of the 12 villages gifted in the year 1780 AD by Maharaja of Jodhpur to the Maharaja of Harsolay. Post lunch, explore the scenic village and visit the Dhamli Fort–the royal residence now converted into a luxury hotel. Ride to the local village to witness the pottery workshops and oil mills.

Overnight stay in tented accommodation.

Day 08 / DHAMLI-JOJAWAR

Early morning ride to Jojawar, on the way passing through sand dunes, barren landscape and ancient ruins emanating a unique charm of their own. Arrive at Rawla Jojawar- a royal palace and now a heritage hotel. Located at the lap of Aravali Hills, the majestic fort used to be the epicenter of Marwari’s. Ride around Jojawar, witnessing the laidback yet charming lifestyle of the villagers who always seems Content in their meager and simple necessities and possessions.

Evening witness a traditional song & dance program at the hotel followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 09 / JOJAWAR-NARLAI

Post breakfast, ride to Narlai and arrival by noon. The interesting ride will pass through thick forests, fields and the so-called leopard country. Visit the numerous small settlements mostly consisting of Rebari community who are recognized easily by their red turbans. Interact with the villagers to get interesting insight into their rough yet simple lifestlyse. Dinner & overnight stay at campsite.

Day 10 / NARLAI-RANAKPUR

After breakfast ride to Ranakpur and stay at Fatehbagh palace – a luxury hotel beautifully preserving the royal touch of the past.

Ranakpur: The town is famous for housing the beautiful Jain temples of Ranakpur. Built as a large complex they rest on 1444 pillars and none of whom are alike. They all have exquisite carvings and artwork done on them. Ride around the historical town savouring the religious ambience.

Dinner & overnight stay at the camp.

Day 11. RANAKPUR-UDAIPUR

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Udaipur en-route visiting the Ekingji and Nagda temples and upon arrival transfer to the royal palace. Spend overnight at Udaipur.

Day 12 / UDAIPUR

Full day tour of Udaipur exploring all of its famous places and monuments.

Udaipur: Also known as the Venice of the east, its popular destinations include the City palace Complex. Explore it at a slow pace. It is a group of Palaces built over the years by different rulers of Udaipur in its glorious past. Visit the Crystal Gallery with its exquisite collection of objects made in crystal. Enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Pichola. Later visit the Saheliyon- ki – Bari (garden of the Queens consorts) and also the puppet museum. Spend an evening at leisure exploring the myriad lanes and quaint markets of Udaipur. It is also known as the city of Lakes as there are numerous beautiful lakes in the city and you can explore all of them at a slow pace.

Overnight at Udaipur.

Day 13 / UDAIPUR-DELHI-DEPARTURE:

Morning transfer to Airport for flight to Delhi and upon arrival check-in at hotel. Evening drive to International airport and board flight to your onward/return journey.
