
Arrival at Goa and meet & greet with our representatives who will transfer you to the designated hotel. Later in the day, a formal introduction and familiarizing with our guide team and with your machine- the Royal Enfield Bullet. Rest of the day to explore the area followed by dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
After an early nutritious breakfast, set off for a short but exciting journey to familiarize everyone with their bikes. Drive through Old Goa and its scenic valleys and surroundings, which will make up for the rough road surfaces encountered during the ride. Halt at Kali Wilderness & Adventure Camp to spend the first night of your royal journey, an appropriate place for the adventure enthusiasts. Enjoy river rafting on the magnificent kali river or opt for trekking/ nature walks in the rough hilly terrain.
Set out for the 250 km drive to Hampi, which should take around 7 hrs. The drive will pass through a variety of landscape, from thick forest covers to the Deccan plains, and through deserted lands. The cruise across the scenic landscape will provide ample opportunities for the riders to get fully acclimatized with both their bikes and the manners of driving on Indian roads. Upon arrival at Hampi transfer to a hotel and rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at Hampi.
Take a day off the bikes and explore Hampi regarded as one of countries most impressive archaeological sites. The ancient capital of Vijayanagara Empire, most of its structures are in ruins and now mostly populated by monkeys. The ruins built as boulders in the river valley constituting of natural marvels and historical temples covers a total area of 40 sq. km. The site now attracts a large no. of tourists and is also a pilgrimage destination for the spiritually minded.
Early morning Enfield drive passing through open agricultural land of Hampi and slowly climbing up to the scenic hills as the drive approaches Chikmagalu. Continue moving towards Belur to visit its 1000-year-old Hoysala temples and attend the evening Puja. Spend the night at Belur.
Set off for the 180km cruise to Mysore passing through rice paddies, verdant plains and palm plantations. Famous as the city of Tipu Sultan, it is known for the palaces, spices, sandalwood carvings and home to some of the best silks in India. Explore the local bazaar, followed by sightseeing of famous monuments.
Leave Mysore and venture into the 3rd Indian state of the journey- Tamilnadu. Drive towards the Bandipur wildlife sanctuary and upon arrival check-in at a forest resort located at the foot of Nilgiri hills. The forest constituting of sandalwood and teak is inhabited by a large variety of animals including Elephants, Wild Boar, Tiger and many species of deer. Some of the animals may be sighted during the drive itself!
Take the day off for rest and exploration or opt for a trip to Ooty, the former hot-season retreat of the britishers and now a popular tourist destination. A great place to shop for peppercorns and cardamom spices, tea, shawls and tribal jewellery, Ooty is surrounded by tea plantations, restaurants and scenic views. Take the wildlife trek back to the resort which gives the opportunity to spot wild animals in their natural habitat. Overnight stay at the lodge.
Another long drive leading into the heart of the Coorg – a mountainous area which is also the most tranquil ride of the trip. Cruise through the beautifully winding roads where driving is at its very best. Spent the night in a simple shared dormitory located on a remote coffee plantation deep inside the forest. Spend the leisure time just relaxing in front of the campfire and talk away the evening.
After a leisurely breakfast, we drive along the smooth roads looping down through the Coorg Hills to arrive at the sea at Mangalore. From here a short coastal ride to a beauriful beach resort located at Turtle Bay for dinner, a sip of beer and overnight stay.
Spend morning time sun-tanning on the beach, before a short drive up the coastal 'highway' to Gokarna. The bikes will be parked here and head towards Paradise Bay by boat. The place has no telephones, electricity or roads and is just a beautiful sandy cove, whose shores are frequented by Dolphins and which also offers a good swimming place. Accommodation will consist of blankets, mats and traveling tents and spend the night under a sky lit full of stars.
Morning drive back to Gokarana and take enjoy what will be your last journey on the bike towards Goa. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
Full day free to explore Goa. Ride your bike around the town visiting its famous churches and markets or just indulge in the more 'Western' pleasures of Goa like beaches, pubs and restaurants
Bid goodbye to your bike as you are transferred to the airport for departure.
